I saw a pattern on your website/instagram that i’d like to use, how do I arrange this?
If one of my patterns catches your eye, simply email me a screenshot/image of the design you’re interested in and let me know which product category you want to use it for (eg greeting cards, fabric, swimwear etc). I’ll then email you back to discuss licensing options and fees. Please note that all of my work is copyrighted and can’t be reproduced or used on any products without my permission or a licensing agreement.
What are your rates?
My rates vary depending on how detailed the illustration is and the intended use of the image. It also depends upon whether the artwork will be licensed with my name attached to it (with the artist retaining the copyright to the work), or if you require exclusive rights of the illustration. If you already have a specific budget in mind please let me know upfront and I can assess what can be created in the price range for you. If you’re thinking of working with me and don’t know your budget yet/require a quote first, then please fill out the collaboration form or email me through your design brief. Also please specify if you require an exclusive or non-exclusive license and what the illustration is intended for. Providing all the info allows me to give you an accurate quote covering all deliverables and an estimate of the time involved.
As a basic guide to my price range:
Patterns:
Non-exclusive pattern licences for my existing/already created patterns start from $550AUD for 1 year and vary in price depending on the complexity of the chosen design and it’s intended use.
Exclusive Pattern licences for my existing/already created patterns start from $800AUD and are licensed for an agreed upon timeframe/duration depending on your requirements.
Custom Patterns start from AUD$1200 with price varying depending on the complexity of the design and the time involved in creation. eg- a pattern with multiple animals or an assortment of different flowers would have far more time involved in creation than a pattern with a single flower or leaf design, therefore the multiple animal design would be higher in price due to the higher amount of time required for the project. Illustrations:
Non-exclusive licences for my existing/already created illustrations start at $400AUD for 1 year.
Custom illustrations start from $450AUD and can be priced upwards depending on complexity, what it will be used for, and the time involved in creation. Please contact me with your project brief for an accurate quote.
What’s the difference between exclusive, industry exclusive, and non-exclusive licences?
Non-Exclusive: The pattern is licensed to you but can also be licensed to other brands non-exclusively.
Industry Exclusive: The pattern is licensed to you for a specific industry/category (e.g. women’s clothing, greeting cards, activewear, scrubs etc) but remains in my pattern library and can be licensed to other brands in other industries/categories (eg stationery, wall art etc).
For example, this type of licence means that if you’ve licensed a pattern for greeting cards, you won’t see that same design licensed on greeting cards elsewhere, but may see it licensed on a different category such as women’s clothing.
Exclusive: Exclusive patterns can only be used by one brand/business at a time. This means that the pattern you licence will be exclusive to your brand for the licence term and not licensed to anyone else.
Can I hire you for custom textile design?
If you have an idea for an exclusive design that you’d like me to create, send me a brief and I’ll develop a print just for you.
Custom prints include:
Artwork in seamless repeat
2 minor revisions if required, including minor colour and scale adjustments etc.
The print ready files of your new design provided in Adobe illustrator format. Files are setup for digital printing (not screen printing unless specified)

What is the process for custom designs?
The first step is to fill out the collaboration form providing me with all the relevant information for your project, including any printing or size requirements and the design brief with inspiration, mood boards, colours and themes that you would like to use for your project. The more information provided the better, as it will help me to see your vision and craft the perfect design for you.
Once the project brief is received I will review all the information and get back to you via email to confirm the budget and timeframe.
Once the budget and timeframe is signed off by both you and me, I begin creating the designs.
I will create a couple of variations of the design and send through the draft of the designs for you to choose from and sign off on.
2 x minor edits are included for free if required- but hopefully you love the designs! Any edits past the 2 will incur an additional fee of $50 per edit. Minor edits include slight colour changes, size adjustment etc, but not the creation of new elements. All information on elements/icons wanted should have been originally provided in your design brief.
Once the designs are signed off by you, I will begin setting up the finished artwork/print ready files, and will send through an invoice for payment within 7 days.
Once the payment is received the files will be sent to you via google drive, dropbox or wetransfer, ready for use!
How do you deliver the artwork?
For licensing: All of my patterns are already set up in seamless repeat for digital printing (not for screen printing, and not using Pantone colour unless specified) and are in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format. The final artwork files are digitally delivered via email or a google drive folder for you to download upon receipt of payment.
For custom work: The initial drafts are emailed through as low res pdf or jpeg for your approval. Once you’ve signed off on the design I’ll send through an invoice, and once paid into my account the final artwork files are digitally delivered via a google drive folder for you to download from upon receipt of payment. The standard files provided include the finished artwork /print ready files in Adobe Illustrator format, plus a pdf or jpeg copy of the design for easy viewing. If other files are required these must be stated in your initial design brief/specifications prior to commencement of the design.
Can I hire you for a personal commission, eg pet portrait, picture of my friend?
My schedule is super busy working on client projects, and unfortunately doesn’t allow the time to work on individual personal commissions sorry. However, I’m always happy to receive requests for possible new art prints for the online shop. So if there’s something you’d like to see created in my style send me an email and I’ll keep it aside to consider when creating new prints for the online store.
Can you design my logo/business card/branding/website?
Unfortunately no. Logos/branding/website design aren’t my specialty, if you’re looking for a custom logo I would recommend finding a designer who specialises in branding/logo development. Sorry!
